We have eleven beautifully appointed apartments at Kingswear Park.

The resort offers a choice of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with the latter having extra bath / shower facilities. One-bedroom apartments sleep four people and include either a standard double or super king / twin convertible bed in the bedroom and a sprung bed settee in the lounge. Our two-bedroom apartments are similarly appointed with the addition of a fixed twin bedroom, sleeping six people. Sofa beds are in addition to a regular settee in the lounge.

All apartments have a lounge/diner and a kitchen with a full range of white goods. Basic groceries can be provided upon arrival (by prior order), via Kingswear village’s local shop, to ensure that your stay at Kingswear Park is both relaxing and enjoyable.

All apartments have a reserved space in the main car park and some additional parking is available for guests.

Changeover day is Saturday and apartments are available to occupy from 4:00 pm on the date of arrival. In order to allow our housekeeping team to clean and service the apartments, checkout is no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure.
